1. Orders & Payments

  • Order Acceptance: We love sending beautiful jewelry your way! However, we reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion (including after an order confirmation has been sent) due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized activity.
  • Supported Payment Methods: To keep your shopping secure and effortless, we accept PayPal Express, PayPal Credit, and all major credit cards.
  • Prices & Taxes: For your convenience, prices are generally displayed in your local currency (which you can switch via our currency selector). All prices are subject to change without notice. Depending on your location, local taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Times: We process all orders with love within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery times vary by zone: US & APAC Core Zone (5-12 business days), UK & Europe Zone (7-14 business days), International Standard Zone (10-20 business days), and Emerging Markets (15-28 business days). Need it faster? You can upgrade to Expedited Express at checkout for 3-8 day delivery!
  • Delay Disclaimer: While we do everything we can to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time, BuroLipo is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
  • Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable: Please note that any shipping fees paid at checkout (including expedited upgrades) are completely non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.

3. Returns & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your new pieces! 💛 If something isn’t quite right, we've got you covered under our strict alignment with our Return Policy:

  • Return Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused state—free of scratches or alterations—and packed safely inside the intact original velvet packaging box. Customized/engraved jewelry and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless a genuine quality issue exists.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

  • Description Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions, materials, and sizing guidelines. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are completely error-free or perfect.
  • Images for Reference: We take great care to display the true colors and textures of our dainty designs. Please keep in mind that jewelry images are for reference only—actual product colors may vary slightly due to your monitor settings or professional studio lighting.
